Mommy & Me Class Build-a-Bear

We made this card in my Mommy & Me class today, and all the girls (and Moms) seemed to have a good time.  My friends, Jenny Sutton, a first grade teacher, and Donna Becker, a former elementary school teacher taught the class so I could spend time helping my grandaughter, Gracie.  As it turned out, Gracie didn't need any help.  All the kids did a fantastic job.   The Build-a-Bear (BAB) die is a great go-to for any projects, and especially with little girls.  The inside of the card is actually a little booklet, and the girls stamped images from Beary Best Friends and colored them.  I am looking forward to hosting another Mommy & Me class in the future.  The date is to be determined, and I will post it on my blog soon.
Supplies:  BAB die and BAB dies for clothes and shoes.  I used red glitter cardstock for her shoes skirt and rose.  Red, Whisper White, Chocolate Chip cardstock and Pretty in Pink DSP for the front of the card.

P.S. I Love You

Another lovely card for my January, New Year, Fresh Ideas class.  I had fun making this card,  and am looking forward to sharing it with my friends.
Recipe:
Stamps:  P.S. I Love You, new in the 2012 Occasions Mini;
Paper:  Cherry Cobbler, Very Vanilla, Basic Gray cardstock;
Ink:  Cherry Cobbler classic ink pad, Versa Mark;
Accessories:  Big Shot, our new Fashionable Hearts Embosslits die, Cherry Cobbler embossing powder, heat tool, Adorning Accents textured impressions embossing folder, brayer, 3/8" Riding Hood Red pleated satin ribbon, 1 3/4" Scallop Circle, 1 3/8" circle, and 1" circle punches, and I think that's all.
I dry embossed my 1 1/2" x 5 1/4" piece of Very Vanilla cardstock in the Adorning Accents textured impressions embossing folder, then ran the brayer over it using Cherry Cobbler ink.  Don't you like the affect?  As usual, it looks better in the natural.
