You're My Type

This is such a fantastic design, made for me by my friend, Rita, I just had to share.  Rita sent it to me for Valentine's Day, however; it can be for any occasion, don't you think?  Especially, if you're very fond of the special person whom will be receiving this cute card.  Thank you Rita for allowing me to share your design.
Recipe:  Stamp:  You're My Type (from the 2012 Occasions Mini);  Paper:  Whisper White, Cherry Cobbler, Marina Mist, Pool Party, Daffodil Delight Card Stock;  Ink:  Basic Black;  Accessories:  Big Shot, Fashionable Hearts Embosslits Die, Adorning Accents Embossing Folder (both from the 2012 Occasions Mini), dimensionals, that's it, you're done.

Thank you for stopping by and have a great day,

Happy St. Patrick's Day

Another Spring Fling card I'm excited to share.  This card can be more than a St. Patty's Day card, really, it can.  Do you know someone who has a birthday on March 17th?  Just change the words, and there you have it.
Recipe:  Stamps: Rainbow's End (retired);  Paper:  Garden Green, Whisper White cardstock;   Ink: Garden Green, VersaMark; Accessories:  Woodland Walk dsp (retired), Wide Oval punch, 2" Scalloped Oval Punch (not SU), White embossing powder, 5/8" Whisper White Satin ribbon, 1/4" Garden Green gg ribbon, dimensionals.  That's it, we're done.

If you would like to visit my class either March 3, 6 or 8, 2012 and live in, near or around Graham, NC, please email me at:  angelsofjoy@gmail.com and let me know you would like to come.  It's that simple.  Click on my list of classes in the upper right hand corner to get more details.
Thank you for stopping by and have a great day,

Cupcake Pop-Up Card

Here is another cupcake card with a twist.  The inside is a pop-up flower, and isn't it fun.  My friend, Michelle, shared the technique with me, and she found the tutorial on youtube at:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WUGrIop_pwo.  The flowers on the inside of the card were made with copy paper. Card stock is too thick and heavy for this project.

Recipe:  Stamp Sets:  Happiest Birthday Wishes, Pennant Parade;  Paper:  Daffodil Delight, Melon Mambo, Chocolate Chip, Whisper White card stock, brights dsp;  Ink:  Melon Mambo;  Accessories:  Big Shot, Petal Cone die, Polka Dot and Elegant Lines embossing folders, Crimper, Itty Bitty Punch Pack, 5/8" Daffodil Delight gg ribbon, 1 3/8", 1 1/4", 1" and 3/4" circle punches, pearls, and a bonus, extra Chocolate Chip ink on the middle of the dsp.  Yikes, how did I do that?
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day,
Linda
