Country Birdhouse & Country Flowers for my April 2025 Creative Therapy Classes

This is such a beautiful card, and I need to give credit to Stephanie Stewart.  I met her in October 2024 when I attended the World Cardmaking Day Event hosted by Brandy Cox.  I participated in a Card Swap and was fortunate enough to receive Stephanie's card during the exchange.  It uses the Country Birdhouse Bundle, as well as a flower stamp from Country Flowers.
I CASEd (Copy And Share Everything) her card for my April 2025 classes.  So much fun, so little time.

Recipe:
  • The 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 base of Thick Whisper White cardstock is scored at 4 1/4.
  • The Early Espresso layer is 5 1/4 x 4.
  • The Basic White layer is 5 x 3 3/4 and is embossed with the Exposed Brick folder.
  • The birdhouse is cut with Pumpkin Pie, Early Espresso, Daffodil Delight, Basic Black and Basic White.
  • The flowers and birds are stamped with Tuxedo Memento Black ink on Basic White, colored with Blends, and cut out with coordinating dies.  I added gems to the centers of the flowers.
  • The words are stamped on Basic White with black ink, and cut with Paper Snips, and added with dimensionals.
  • All done and remember to decorate your envelope.

Easter Card for my April 2025 Creative Therapy Classes

I combined two wonderful die sets to make this card, Memorable Blooms and Faith Collection Dies. I saw this idea online, and I cannot seem to find the person I CASEd this from.  I did change the colors of cardstock and ribbon; you know to make it my own.

  • The Basic White die cut is made with a Memorable Blooms die, and the same die is used to cut out the Thoughtful Journey DSP background under the cross
  • The cross is cut out with Country Woods DSP and two dies from the Faith Collection dies.

Basic Black 6 x 8 Album and Photo Pocket Pages for a Thanks & Praise Journal.

My friend and a very talented Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, Vicki Kuracz, created a prayer journal and I thought I would share some of the pages.  Vicki used the Sweet Thoughts Memories & More Card Pack, which has since retired, however, almost any card pack will do.
Vicki has inspired me so much, that I have ordered my own album, photo pocket pages and the Mixed Media Florals Memories & More Card Pack.  If my album turns out well, I might be tempted to offer a class in the near future.

Should you want to order any of the supplies used to make this album (excluding the Sweet Thoughts Memories & More Card Pack), please just click Right Here and search for Vicki Kuracz.
