 Celebrate Sunflowers &
 After the Storm

Bumble Bee Cardstock and Ink
Cinnamon Cider Cardstock and Ink
Just Jaded Cardstock and Ink
Magenta Madness Cardstock and Ink
Misty Moonlight Cardstock and Ink
Celebrate Sunflowers has coordinating dies, and I wanted to showcase the stamp set only.
One of these cards is a strong possibility for my August 10th and 14th, 2021 classes.

Recipe:
  • The bases are 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, scored at 4 1/4.
  • The next layers are 5 1/4 x 4 and stamped with the coordinating ink.
  • The Basic White Scallop is the 2nd from the largest Scalloped Contour Dies.
  • The next 3 7/8 x 2 5/8 coordinating color cardstock is the base for the 3 5/8 x 2 1/2 Basic White on which the images are stamped with the coordinating color of ink.
  • The words are from the stamp set, After the Storm.
  • The ribbon is from last years catalog, and is retired.  It goes so well with this design, and besides I have a ton of it, however, there are other current SU ribbons that will work well.
  • All done! Remember to decorate envelope !!

Give it a Whirl , Party Puffins, Timeless Tulips &
Sweet Ice Cream

I had a great time making this card using the Give It A Whirl dies, and the Sweet Ice Cream stamp set.
I made my own background by stamping the ice cream cones on Basic White cardstock before cutting the front with the largest Give It A Whirl die.
Linda Heller has a fantastic video on YouTube explaining how to use these dies.  You can see her cards Here, post of July 2, 2021.

Recipe:
  • The base is an 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 piece of Fresh Freesia, scored at 4 1/4.
  • The Blackberry Bliss layer is 5 1/4 x 4.
  • The top layer is stamped with Cinnamon Cider, Bermuda Bay, Petal Pink and Fresh Freesia.
  • The largest Give It A Whirl die is 5 1/4 x  3 13/16, and after I cut this piece out, I trimmed it so it measures 5 x 3 3/4.  It did cut off the stitching on the edges, and that was okay.  It still looks good.
  • All done! Remember to decorate envelope !!
