 Jar of Flowers

Recently I received this beautiful vase of flowers from my sweet friend, Mary.  She sent these for my birthday.
I wanted a make a thank you card that kinda coordinated with the flowers, so Jar of Flowers was the set I chose.  My wonderful assistant, Michelle Wallace, actually did the coloring for Mary's card.  I really like how the flowers in the jar turned out.
Recipe:
  • The base is an 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 piece of Poppy Parade, scored at 4 1/4.
  • The So Saffron layer is 5 1/4 x 4.
  • The Very Vanilla layer is stamped with the jar and flowers from the Jar of Flowers set, with Tuxedo Memento Black ink.  Then are colored with Stampin' Blends, and is embossed with the Tasteful Textured Folder.
  • The words are stamped with a "can't remember what set I used".  I was planning to use the thanks from In Symmetry, and unfortunately, it had not arrived when we were making this card.
  • A cute little Bumblebee Trinket is added for interest, and isn't the little trinket just the best?  You can find them on page 141 of the 2021-22 Stampin' Up! catalog.
  • All done! Remember to decorate envelope !!
