A Round Array

I designed and cut kits for this card some time ago, and realized last week that the Gingham Garden dsp and Washi Tape are retiring June 1, 2014.  Well, because this seems to be such a bright and cheery card, I decided to offer it in my June, 2014 classes, coming up very soon. The reason why, you ask?  One can use this sketch, different paper, stamp set, colors, and create an entirely unique card.

Recipe:  Stamps:  A Round Array, Teeny Tiny Wishes; Paper: Whisper White, Night of Navy card stock and Gingham Garden dsp;  Ink: Melon Mambo;  Accessories: Gingham Garden Washi Tape, 1 1/4" and 7/8" scallop punches, Basic Pearl, dimensionals.

I hold adult classes each month.  If you live near my home at 555 Williamsdale Road, Graham, NC 27253 and would like to attend any of my classes, please let me know.  Check out my June 2014 class schedule right here on my blog, or on my SU website found Here

If you would like to purchase any of the supplies to make this card, please feel free to contact me directly, or order from my Stampin Up! website found Here

Napkin Art

I will never look at napkins the same way again, no sirree.  Napkins are not just for parties, or to dab stray crumbs from your mouth, they are works of art for beautiful cards.   You can make a napkin card in just a few minutes with very little supplies.  Basically you glue the napkin to a piece of neutral card stock, trim, and glue to your base, it's that easy. To see how-to, informative videos, visit YouTube and search Napkin Technique.

I bought a couple of packages of napkins from The Dollar Tree and I must say, I certainly got my monies worth.  I made these two cards with a little cardstock, a few punches, and a couple of word stamps.  Fun, fun, fun.

My wonderful club members are going to make these cards at our meeting on May 22nd, and I'm excited to show them how easy this technique is.  If you are not a member of my Hostess club and would like to attend our meeting and make these cards for free, please let me know.  I welcome "drop-in's", and your only requirement is to place a personal order of at least $25.00 (before shipping).  Also, you would have the opportunity to experience Hostess club, see how much fun we have, and maybe you would like to join us as a member.

Supplies:  Stamps:  Petite Pairs, and a retired set, Sincere Salutations;  Paper:  Blackberry Bliss, Mossy Meadow, Hello Honey (SU's new in-color), Daffodil Delight, Very Vanilla; Ink:  Blackberry Bliss, Mossy Meadow;  Accessories:  Big Shot, Circle Framelits, Punches-Ex-Large Oval, Scalloped Oval, Large Oval, Heat Tool, Heat & Stick powder, Iridescent Ice, Daffodil Delight 1/8" ribbon, Hello Honey 3/8" stitched satin ribbon, sticky sheets, iron, saran wrap, dimensionals.

I hold adult classes month, and if you live near my home at 555 Williamsdale Road, Graham, NC 27253 and would like to attend any of my classes, please let me know.  Check out my June 2014 class schedule right here on my blog, or on my SU website found Here
