Spring Corners & Round We Go for a Cascading Pleats Card.

I am offering this card for my July 8, 2025, Creative Therapy Card Class.  I saw Tami White's video on YouTube, and you can see her video Here.
This WOW card is easier than it looks, and I am looking forward to sharing it with all of my supportive ladies who are attending my July class.
Should you want to order any of the supplies to make this card, please consider ordering from Tami, especially because she was so gracious to share her video and PDF for this card.  Thank you.

Recipe:
  • I made my card vertically.
  • The Spring Corners dies cut out the flower impression on the front layer, and the Peach Pie cut out on the second layer.
  • I used Lolly Lemon, Peach Pie and Basic White cardstock.
  • The words are from Spring Corners, Round We Go, and a retired Itty Bitty Birthday stamp set and all are stamped in black ink.
  • I used Lemon Lolly, Peach Pie, and Berry Burst inks to color the balloons.
  • The colored dots are made by using the same color markers and tapping the tips to the cardstock.
  • All done and remember to decorate your envelope.

Notes & Totes, Woven Textures DSP & more for a
beautiful beach bag.

I wanted to share a card I offered in my June 2025 Creative Therapy Card Classes.  On June 21, 2025 I posted another card I made with this set and could not stop there. I am enjoying my new Notes & Totes bundle way more than I thought.  Oh my gosh, so much fun, so little time!!!

Recipe:
  • The base of Pecan Pie cardstock is 11 x 4 1/4 and scored at 5 1/2.
  • The words from Notes and Totes, and the retired set, Magnolia Mood, are stamped with black ink on a 5 1/4 x 4 piece of Basic Beige cardstock and embossed with the Cane Weave folder.
  • The tote is cut out with a piece of the Woven Textures DSP.
  • The bottom and strips on the seams, and the handle are cut out with Pecan Pie.
  • The scarf is cut out with Crumb Cake.
  • The sunglasses are made with Brass Foil, and Basic Black.  To get the shine on the glasses, I added a piece of clear packing tape to the Basic Black cardstock before cutting.
  • The lotion and water bottles are cut out with Daffodil Delight and Calypso Coral, and Balmy Blue.
  • To make the magazine covers:  I looked for magazines on the internet, copy & pasted the covers into a word document.  Then I shrunk the covers to fit the purse and printed them on Basic White cardstock.  Easy, peasy, and fun too!!!
  • The bag is added to the card with Mini Dimensionals on the bottom and sides.
  • All done and remember to decorate your envelope.

Cheerful Daisies & Sketched Butterflies for my June 2025 Creative Therapy Classes

I saw this card on Starlight Stamper's blog, and you can see her card Here, post of April 11, 2024.  She has some amazing other cards, so you might want to stick around awhile.
You will notice that I did not use the bumble bee, and I made a base of Granny Apple Green.

Recipe:
  • The base of Granny Apple Green cardstock is 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 and scored at 4 1/4.
  • The 5 1/4 x 4 Basic White is embossed with the Tasteful Textile folder, (retired a while ago), but almost any embossing folder works.
  • The 4 3/4 x 3 1/2 piece of Basic White is cut out with an Everyday Details Die.
  • The 4 1/2 x 3 1/4 piece of Basic White (behind the Everyday Details cutout) is sponged with Granny Apple Green ink.
  • The words, from Sketched Butterflies are stamped with Tuxedo Memento Black ink.
  • The daisies are made with Basic White and adhered together with liquid glue.  The centers are colored with a Sponge Dauber and Daffodil Delight ink.
  • The branches and two leaves are cut out with Granny Apple Green and added to the back of the daisies with dimensionals.
  • I added one small Brushed Brass Butterfly.
  • All done and remember to decorate your envelope.
