Wax Paper Resist technique

This beautiful card was made using the Wax Paper Resist technique. Sandwich a piece of wax paper that has been embossed with Finial Press Textured Impressions embossing folder, between two pieces of glossy white card stock. Make sure the glossy side is next to the wax paper. Iron well. Both pieces of card stock will now have the waxy image. Use a sponge to apply desired ink color to the card stock. You need to apply a lot of pressure to bring out the resist. Then wipe off any excess residue with a paper towel.

I made four of these cards, and each one is very different.

Supplies:
Card Stock: Chocolate Chip, Crushed Curry, Glossy White, and Whisper White.
Ink: Chocolate Chip, Crushed Curry;
Accessories: Old Olive Satin Ribbon, Sweet Pea stitched felt, Stampin' Dimensionals, Large Oval, Scallop Oval, and Scallop Trim Border punches, Sizzix Big Shot, Finial Press Textured Impressions embossing folder, waxed paper.

Thank you for looking.
