Scalloped Wishes for my March 2026 Creative Therapy Classes

I offered this beautiful card at my March 2026 card class.  I saw Amy Koenders card on her blog, Stamp with Amy K, and you see her card Here.  You might want to stay and visit her blog a while; she has some great ideas.  Thank you Amy for sharing.

Recipe:
  • The base of Soft Sea Foam is 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 and scored at 4 1/4.
  • The layer of Crumb Cake is 5 x 3 3/4.
  • The Very Vanilla layer is 4 7/8 x 3 5/8 and is embossed with the retired Dainty Diamonds folder.
  • I adhered the Crumb Cake and the embossed piece of Very Vanilla together, then I wrapped some Linen Thread around these two pieces before I adhered them to the Soft Sea Foam.
  • The scallop piece:
    • I stamped the image from one of the Scalloped Wishes stamps with Versamark on a piece of Soft Sea Foam, sprinkled it with Clear Embossing Powder and used my heat tool to melt the powder. I cut it out with the coordinating die.
    • I cut out the next scalloped lacy oval with Very Vanilla and added it to the Soft Sea Foam with liquid glue.
    • I stamped my words, from Comforting Thoughts, with Early Espresso ink on the center oval, and added it to the card with dimensionals.
    • I added all to the card front with dimensionals.
  • To finish, I added five pearls to the card.
  • All done and remember to decorate your envelope.
