Beautiful Day and Stained Glass Glitter Window technique

This is one of the two cards we will make at our August 23rd Hostess Club Meeting.  Dawn Griffith has a fantastic video to show you how to make this card, and you can see it Here, post of July 31, 2018.  It is way more beautiful in "the natural" than in pictures, I promise.
Recipe:
  • The bases are 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 pieces of cardstock scored at 4 1/4.
  • The Basic Black layers are 5 1/4 x 4.
  • The Whisper White layers are 5 x 3 3/4.
  • The strip is 5 x 1 3/4.
  • The Basic Black square scallop is cut out with the largest Layering Squares Dies.
  • The Whisper White over the Basic Black square scallop is 2 3/4 x 2 3/4.
  • The Window Sheet just needs to be large enough on which to stamp your butterfly.
  • The words are from Itty Bitty Greetings.
  • All Done, and remember to decorate your envelope.

Southern Serenade, Healing Hugs, & Petal Promenade DSP
The Petal Promenade Designer Series Paper (DSP) is absolutely amazing.  One can make about 99 cards from one 12 x 12 pack.  Well, maybe not 99, but close.  Above is just four of the many cards I have made with this DSP.
I am offering one of these beautiful cards at all of my August 7th and 11th, 2018 classes, and I am excited to share.
Recipe:
  • The bases are either Fresh Fig or Petal Pink.  All are 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, scored at 4 1/4.
  • The DSP is 5 1/4 x 4.
  • I used Fresh Fig and Petal Pink inks.
  • Square Scallops and Circle Layering Framelits dies are used for the bases under the DSP and my words.
  • All Done, and remember to decorate your envelope.
