Bike Ride and Build a Bike Framelits Dies are so much fun to use, and the results are amazing. 
Should you already own this set, or are contemplating buying it, and cannot figure out how to use it, take a look at YouTube.  They are lots of how-to videos for this bundle.
Recipe:

• The base is an 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 piece of Crushed Curry scored at 4 1/4.
• The Old Olive layer is 5 1/4 x 4.
• The Whisper White layer is 5 x 3 3/4.
• The basket is cut from Crushed Curry cardstock.
• The bike is stamped with Crushed Curry and Cajun Craze ink.
• The dog is stamped with Crumb Cake on Whisper White cardstock.  
• Remember to decorate your envelope.

Animal Outing and Birthday Banner

Now, if this is not a "Linda" card, I don't know what is?  This is my kind of card, and I think it is so stinkin' cute, I want to make another 10, just because.

Actually, I had nothing to do with the design or the making of this card.  My sweet friends, Wendie Jamison and Michelle Wallace put their heads together and made this while I was busy working on my humongous SU Garage sale to take place Saturday, September 15, 2018. (See post of August 5, 2018 for details).

Recipe:

• The base is an 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 piece of Cajun Craze, scored at 4 1/4.
• The Crushed Curry layer is 5 1/4 x 4.
• The Whisper White layer is 5 x 3 3/4 and dry embossed with the Striped Embossing Folder, after the words were stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink.
• The Cajun Craze rectangle is 5 1/2 x 2 1/4.
• The Crushed Curry rectangle is 5 1/4 x 2, and cut out with the Animal Friends Dies.
• The 2 7/8" Old Olive circle is cut from the Layering Circle Framelits Dies.
• The 2 5/8" Whisper White circle is also cut from the Layering Circle Framelits Dies.
• The leaves and giraffe are stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink and colored with Watercolor Pencils and a Blender Pen.
• The leaves behind the circle are cut out with Old Olive cardstock with the Animal Friends dies.
  
• All done, and remember to decorate your envelope.

Natures Poem DSP

This stamp set is in the new 2018-19 SU Holiday Catalog.  Not only can this set be used for Christmas, it can be used for a Get Well, or Sympathy card.  My kind of stamp set, so much so, this is one of the 5 cards I am offering at my October 9th & 13th, 2018 classes.

Recipe:

• The base is an 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 piece of Petal Pink, scored at 4 1/4.
• The Tranquil Tide layer is 5 1/4 x 4.
• The Mint Macaron layer is 5 x 2 3/4.
• The Nature's Poem DSP is 4 7/8 x 2 5/8.
• The smaller piece of Petal Pink is 4 x 1 1/2.
• The Tranquil Tide square is 3 1/8 x 3 1/8, and the Whisper White on which I stamped my images is 3 x 3.
• The images are stamped with Soft Suede and Tranquil Tide ink.
• The bling in the upper right gives the card some special class, don't you think?
  
• All done, and remember to decorate your envelope.

A different take on Abstract Impressions

Abstract Impressions is such a versatile set, and this design was offered by Wendie Jamison at our Shoe Box Swap last month.  See my post of August 27, 2018, for another beautiful card made with Abstract Impressions.  So many stamps and designs, and so little time.  What's a girl to do, right?   

Recipe:

• The base is an 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 piece of Blackberry Bliss, scored at 4 1/4.
• The Daffodil Delight layer is 5 1/4 x 4.
• The Whisper White layer is 5 x 3 3/4.
• The scallop square and the Whisper White on which some of my images are stamped are cut from the Layering Square Framelit Dies.
• The ink is Blackberry Bliss, Daffodil Delight and Old Olive.
• The ribbon is Shaded Spruce from the Metallic Ribbon Combo Pack.
  
• All done, and remember to decorate your envelope.
