Cute little square box

I found this cute little square box tutorial on Becky Robert's blog at:  www.inkingidaho.blogspot.com and just had to make one.  So quick and easy too.  Hop on over to her blog and give it a try.  You'll find it in her 2008 tutorials.
The top photo is the box closed, the bottom picture is the box open.  It holds two Hershey's nuggets perfectly.
Recipe:  Stamps:  Jolly Bingo Bits;  Paper:  Cherry Cobbler, Gumball Green and Very Vanilla cardstock, Be of Good Cheer dsp;  Ink:  Cherry Cobbler;  Accessories:  Round Scallop and 1 3/4" circle punches, velcro to hold the clasp closed on the box.  Becky used magnets, which are probably better.
Thank you for stopping by and have a great day,

Hostess Club Project-Oh What Fun!!!

We made these notepad holders in our July hostess club, and everyone thought they are fantastic gifts.  We took one of the cases that holds our clear mount stamp sets, they come in a pack of 4 for just $5.95, and decorated it with DSP, much like you would a card, and inside is a note pad and a pouch to hold coupons or receipts.  Very easy, and lots of fun.
Thank you for stopping by and have a great day,

My favorite armchair

Now, who would have thought you could make an armchair from cardstock?  The pattern for this cute little ditty came from www.creationsbyar.com.  The directions were very easy to follow.
The designer paper is from about three years ago called Sweet Slumber.  It is like decorated cardstock.  Great for projects like this.
Hope you have enjoyed this post.  Thank you for stopping by and have a great day,
Linda
