12 x 12 Shadowbox Frame Class

Porch Swing
Serene Garden Butterflies
Beach and Ocean Theme
I am offering classes on April 9 and 13, 2019 to decorate any one of these beautiful frames.  The three themes from which the attendees can choose are a Porch theme, a Butterfly theme, or a Beach theme.  When leaving from the class you will have a gift that is ready to hang, either for yourself or for a friend, as well as the instructions to make another.  Listed below are all the stamp sets used to make these three frames.  (The list would have been a mile long if I had added the paper, ink, punches and accessories.)
For all the details about this class, please visit my class schedule Here.

I truly appreciate your support.  Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have, as I am here to help you.

I hold adult classes in my home at 555 Williamsdale Road, Graham, NC 27253, and if you would like to attend, please let me know.  For details, see my class schedule right here on my blog, or on my Stampin' Up! website found Here.

Beautiful You

This is one of the cards I offered at my March, 2019 Creative Fold classes.  I used the Beautiful You stamp set, and the best news, this set will be carried over to the new 2019-20 SU catalog.  Yeah!!!  You can also use this card as a mini photo album too.
If you would like to make one of your own, you Amey Daniels on YouTube Here.  She has a fantastic video. I did change the colors and the stamp set, you know, to make it my own.
I used my Envelope Punch Board to make the envelope for the finished card size of 5 1/2 square.

Tea Together
I started this card by stamping the flowers from Tea Together with Tuxedo Memento Black ink.  Then I colored the flowers with Stampin' Blends.
My sweet friend, Wendie Jamison actually finished the card for me, and might I add, did a fantastic job.
You can find the Tea Together set of 9 stamps on page 49 of the Occasions Mini.
Recipe:
  • The base is an 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 piece of Flirty Flamingo, scored at 4 1/4.
  • The Old Olive layer is 5 1/4 x 4.
  • The Whisper White is 5 x 3 3/4.
  • The 2 1/2" Scalloped Square is cut from the Layering Squares dies.
  • The cup is stamped with Tuxedo Black ink on Whisper White and cut out with the Tea Time Framelits Dies.
  • The dots in the middle of the flowers are made by coloring Basic Pearls with a Sharpie.
  • All done, and remember to decorate your envelope.

Tin Tile & Forever Lovely for a Hostess Club Project
My friend, Retha Fulp, who by-the-way, is very talented and super crafty, helped me design this beautiful card using a creative tin tile technique for my March 28, 2019 Hostess Club project.  I just know all of my very dedicated and loyal members will enjoy making it.
Recipe:
  • The base is an 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 piece of Mossy Meadow scored at 4 1/4.
  • The Soft Sea Foam layer is 5 1/4 x 4.
  • The 5 x 3 3/4 layer of Whisper White is dry embossed with the Tin Tile folder.  Before you put the cardstock into the folder, coat the inside of the folder (the side that has the words Stampin' Up!) with Crumb Cake ink and a Sponge Brayer.
  • Then using sponge daubers rub Pool Party and Mossy Meadow ink on the white embossed piece.
  • Rub very lightly a Versa Mark ink pad across the inked piece, and heat emboss with Copper Embossing Powder.
  • Adhere to the Soft Sea Foam with Tombow Liquid glue, and wrap the 5/8" Burlap around these pieces.  Adhere these two pieces to the Mossy Meadow card base.
  • Cut out two ovals, one with Copper Foil, and one with Whisper White card stock using the Layering Oval Framelits dies.  Stamp the words from Forever Lovely with Mossy Meadow ink on the white oval.  Adhere with dimensionals.
  • All done, and remember to decorate your envelope.

Pressed Flowers for a Hostess Club Project
I like to offer all of my Hostess Club ladies two technique projects each month, hence, embossed pressed flowers.  So easy, and beautiful.
Everyone who comes to club this March 28, 2019 will have the opportunity to make this beautiful card.  I'm excited.
Recipe:
  • The base is an 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 piece of Smoky Slate, scored at 4 1/4.
  • The Blushing Bride layer is 5 1/4 x 4.
  • The 5 x 3 3/4 layer of Basic Gray is stamped with Versa Mark ink, and heat embossed with White Embossing Powder.  The flowers are from the set, Pressed Flowers, and the words from Dandelion Wishes.
  • Once the images have dried, they are colored with Stampin' Blends.
  • The ribbon is some Blushing Bride that I have had forever, and it is retired.  Sometimes we have to use up our retired stuff, right?  Just sayin'
  • All done, and remember to decorate your envelope.
