Need a Tissue

For my card I used:
Stamps:  Wacky Wishes;  Paper:  Tangerine Tango, Pool Party, and Island Indigo card stock and Sycamore Street DSP;  Ink:  Island Indigo;  Accessories:  Big Shot, Snowburst and Polka Dot Embossing Folders, Small Oval Punch, Scalloped Oval Punch, Pop-Up Posies Designer Kit, Mat Pack and Paper Piercer, Dimensionals, Tissue.
