Here's some hot chocolate and marshmallows to keep you warm.

It's a cold winter's day and a great time to rest and relax with a cup of hot chocolate and marshmallows, don't you think?

I received this cute little snowman pouch, filled with an envelope of hot chocolate from my newest downline, Linda Wilkie. Isn't he just so cute, I'm loving him. (Doesn't every snowman have their own, one-of-a-kind personality?)

Here are the supplies Linda used to put him together: Stamps: None; Paper: No. 10 envelope, Basic Black, Bashful Blue, Real Red, Whisper White, & Pumpkin Pie cardstock; Accessories: Big Shot Top Note and Scallop Circle #2 Die, 1 1/4" circle, 3/4" circle, & Snowflake punches, Treat Cups, Rhinestone brad, Crimper, Basic Black marker.

Assembly: Body: Seal a white #10 envelope. Trim the envelope to about 7" in length and draw a mouth at the bottom of the envelope on the side without the sealed flap. Insert short end of the envelope in your crimper and crimp the entire length. After removing the envelope, insert a pouch of hot chocolate to determine the length you want your envelope.
Hat: With the Big Shot cut out one top note die in basic black cardstock. Draw a horizontal line 2 3/4" from the top and cut apart . Take the piece that you have cut off and trim to 3/4". Glue the 3/4" piece over the bottom (flat edge) of the 2 3/4" end, giving your snowman a top hat with a brim. Use double-sided sticky tape to adhere his hat to the crimped envelope.
Eyes: Punch two 1 1/4" circles in bashful blue, and two 3/4" circles in basic black. Adhere the black to the bashful blue and glue to your envelope with adhesive or glue dots.
Nose: Draw and hand cut his nose in Pumpkin Pie cardstock and adhere with adhesive or glue dots.
Snowflake embellishment: Punch one each snowflake in bashful blue and whisper white. Adhere together with a small amount of adhesive and top with a rhinestone. Adhere to his hat with a glue dot.
Treat Cup: Cut two large scallop circles from the Scallop Circles #2 die in real red. Put marshmallows in a treat cup (P. 188 of the SU wish book), and adhere between both scallop circles. Use a mat pack and paper piercing tool to punch a hole in the scallop circles and the corner of the top-note hat. Thread together with a piece of silver cord (found at most craft stores).

Enjoy and thank you for looking,
