Season's Blessings
I offered this card at both of my October, 2021 Creative Therapy Classes and enjoyed watching all create their own masterpieces.
I got the idea for this card from Patsy Waggoner, and you can see her card Here, post of October 3, 2021.
Recipe:
- The Cajun Craze base is 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 scored at 4 1/4.
- The Very Vanilla layer is 5 1/4 x 4.
- The Crushed Curry layer is 5 x 3 3/4 and is embossed with the Bark 3D Folder.
- The next piece of Cinnamon Cider is 5 x 2, and is the base for the 4 7/8 x 1 3/4 piece of Pattern Party Host Designer Series Paper (DSP).
- The DSP is colored with Sponge Daubers, and Cherry Cobbler and Cajun Craze ink.
- I wrapped Bakers Twine around the DSP, Cinnamon Cider, Crushed Curry, & Very Vanilla layers, then adhered all to the Cajun Craze base.
- The 4 1 1/4″ squares are sponged with Cajun Craze ink.
- The leaves from Season's Blessings are stamped with Cajun Craze and Cherry Cobbler ink on Very Vanilla, and cut out with the Seasonal Basket Dies, and adhered to the squares with Mini-Dimensionals.
- The words are stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink.
- All done, and remember to decorate your envelope.
