I saw this super easy way to layer designer paper on cards on Patty Bennett's Blog, Patty Stamps, and you can see her cards Here, post of January 9, 2023.
Patty is awesome, and her blog she has detailed pictures and directions.  Thank you, Patty, for sharing your gifts, talents, and knowledge.

 Recipe:
  • The bases are 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, scored at 4 1/4.
  • The second layers are 5 1/4 x 4.
  • The next designer series papers layers are 5 x 3 3/4.
  • The scalloped dies are cut out with 4 1/2 x 3 1/4 cardstock.
  • The Rectangle Stitched DSP pieces lying on the scalloped cutouts measures 4 x 2 3/4.
  • The words are stamped on Basic White and added to the cards with dimensionals.
  • All done and remember to decorate your envelope.
